• Referenced Refunds

  Can reverse a charge previously processed by finding it in the transaction list.

• Unreferenced Refunds

  Teya Pro cannot issue refunds if you can't find the original transaction in the transaction list.

• End of Day Report

  Can print an overview of your daily sales, refunds and tips.

• Cashback

  Teya Pro has no option to add an additional amount to enable a customer to pay for cash from the business's till.

• Teya offers three plans designed to grow with your business, including a monthly fee and transaction fee for consumer cards.

  With all Teya plans, American Express, business & international cards have a rate of 1.90%.

• START PLAN

  £0/mo + 1.69% fixed rate

  The basic, free-to-join plan, has no monthly fee and a simple transaction fee of 1.69% for consumer cards.

  BOOST PLAN

  £19/mo + 0.99% fixed rate

  This plan includes a monthly fee with transaction fees lower than the free plan.

  THRIVE PLAN

  £39/mo + 0.59% fixed rate

  This plan features a high monthly fee with the lowest transaction fees offered by Teya.

  No additional fees for compliance with the PCI standards.

  No additional fees for taking payments via the internet.

  Teya has an iOS and Android app for managing your account.

• Tap to Pay on Phone

  Teya only supports Tap to Pay on Android - iPhone has not been announced. Teya does not support American Express on Phone.

• Payment Links

  Can generate links to share with customers for paying online.

• Virtual Terminal

  Teya does not offer a facility for taking payments by manually entering the customer's card details into an app or website.

• API & Website Integration

  Teya does not offer an API or facility for integrating payments into your own website.

• Next-Day Payouts

  Teya pays your takings the next day, however it is paid into a business account at Teya, not your own bank account.

• Free Trial Period

  Teya does not offer a trial period. They advertise "Pay £0 upfront" however that is not true as you must buy a card machine to start.

• Full Settlement

  Teya deducts fees from your takings before transferring them to you. This can make it challenging to understand your transaction costs, as your bank account will only show the net amount.

• Merchant Cash Advance

  Teya offers access to a merchant cash advance which is automatically repaid using a percentage of your daily payouts.
