¹ Settlements are sent next business day from 3pm as standard. An additional monthly charge applies to receive settlements every day from 6am. Settlements are not sent on 25th December or 26th December, regardless of your chosen settlement schedule.
² Additional charges may apply in exceptional circumstances, such as a card network violation penalty. Where possible, Dojo will notify you in advance if you are at risk of receiving a card network penalty.
³ You will have 1 month from joining Dojo to cancel your contract without cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel, you must return your Dojo card machine within 14 days to prevent additional charges. Dojo will not refund any transaction fees incurred during your use of the services. Dojo will deliver your card machine the next business day if your account is approved before 4pm.
⁴ You must cancel the contract and settle the final bill with your prior provider yourself. Dojo will reimburse up to £3,000 of your cancellation fees, depending on your card turnover. You have 4 months from joining Dojo to submit a reimbursement claim. Evidence of the cancellation fees and proof you've paid it will be required.
For the avoidance of doubt, "from joining Dojo" means from the date you sign your agreement with Dojo, not when you first use the Dojo services.
